Been lurking & reading all the great info here for a week or so & finally got registered. I'm fairly experienced in smoking butts, ribs & birds. I've been itching to take the plunge and take on the almighty brisket. Looking forward to learning from all the great cooks here & also giving back by sharing whenever I can.
