Hi all! Found your site today, lurked for a bit and decided to jump in. I have been low and slow for 5 or 6 years, lots of coal and gas grilling before that. I'm just a backyard smoker at the moment, but friends and family approve. I'm getting better with every cook. If I can find more time I'd like to try some comps one day. Looking forward to learning and sharing!
