Picked up a dented ECB at Home Depot at the beginning of the summer cheap as something to play with... little did I know it would be addictive! I will admit that I joined a few months ago, just been lurking in the background cause all of my questions have been answered by using search.

So far I have done about 4 butts, some loins, a few turkey breasts and several racks of ribs. All except the first turkey breast came out great! Sorry, no pictures yet, forks seem to fly when it gets in the house!

More about me: Former Navy, Nuke ET Submariner. Involved in Sportscar and Motorcycle racing as a turn marshal. Among the great number of out of work IT people.
