hi, my name is gerald and i live with my wife, 3 boys and a dog in austria-europe.

i found this site and i like it because i have to learn a lot about smoking.

this is my , not finished yet, summer kitchen

i visit florida every year because i have realy good friends in west palm beach.

Welcome to SMF, Gerald!  This is the place to learn, we have a wide variety of venues on just about anything to do with smoking!  Unfortunately embedding photobucket link code in posts does not work as it did on the old forum (we just switched a couple weeks ago).  The good thing is you can upload directly from your computer by clicking on the "Insert Image" icon 7th from the right, just after the left and right arrows, making it quicker and simpler to add photos!

now its 9pm and today was a beautiful day.

a friend of my oldes son visit us and we had a great time at the near water.

First off Welcome Gerald to SMF. You have quite the set up for your summer grilling too. Now there are some really good folks here from your side of the water that belong to this site too. One is in Poland (meat tech) and the other is in Belgium (Treegje) and heck I think thwere are more too. Now you will like it here to for they are alot of good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking. So go grab something to smoke and if you have any questions just post them here and we will be more then happy to answer them for you.
