Hello fellow stick burners, I been putting some serious time into learning the trade for the last 4-5 years .

I own 4 smokers (H20- 1 Barrel, 2 offset), the one in pic is my latest score from CL.

I have done 4 smokes on her so far(6-raks ribs/2 shoulders and a belly/5 salmon,), the guy I stole it off of used it for grilling only so its like new after I took a wire grinder to smoke chamber and seasoned her, same fire box as a NBBD And bottom of smoke chamber is 1/2 drum Welded, top lids seem to be stamped 3/16 w/some welds to Finnish trim .

I am happy with performance after adding basket and tuning plate, holds very steady temps now, still leaks bad as I having hard time finding local sealing materials(on line i guess)

Thank you all for great input to make this forum work for us "back yard burners" .

CHEERS

Jay

P.S.

Anyone seen this model before? It is a NB  never seen this model, sturdy /welded /heavy but with stamped lids.
