Hi All,

Just a short note to introduce myself.  I live in Delta, British Columbia, and have been smoking meat in a homemade smoker for about fifteen years,  I've mostly smoked salmon, and made beef jerky, but wanted to get into smoking ribs, etc.  I bought a 30" Cusinart smoker (made by Masterbuilt) and have used it twice now.  Seems to work just fine so far but I'll let you know after I do some ribs today.
