Greetings, I'm Matt aka Sportsman Matt on a lot of the forums. I found this site while searching for how to articles to fully utilize my new grill.
After 8 years of apartment living with no yard, I recently bought a house with my girlfriend and this past Monday my girlfriend bought a Char Griller Duo with the optional Side Fire Box add on for the house.
I've used charcoal in the past and grilled the last 10 years with cheap gas grills, cooking the ususal hot dogs, burgers and steaks.
So now I am ready to start really cooking and having friends and family over on Sunday afternoons for a cookout, something I just couldn't do before because of the apartment location.
Thanks for letting me join.
