Well not really Asbury Park, but I am from NJ, and some of my best memories are grillin and chillin at the Jersey Shore. I'm a relative newbie to BBQ, but I am looking forward to it. I've done a few pork loins on my gas grill using a foil pouch as a smoke box. Got modest results. Now the LOML got me an ECB and I plan on doing the usual mods. Probably try a breakfast fattie next w/e as my first charcoal smoke.

Having gone to college at Virgina Tech and living in the South for 4 years, I can't tell you how much I miss good BBQ and sweet tea. You just can't find good BBQ in NJ resturants. I've been perusing this site for a week or so and I know I can learn a lot and taste good BBQ once again.

Regards
Craig
