My name is Steve and im new to smoking meat.I came across a 120 gallon propane tank and after viewing some of the amazing builds here, thought i would try it out myself. Lots of questions i have about the process. Looking forward to any insight and tips you all could give me.

Welcome aboard friend!! I wish I could give you some insight into building a smoker,but I just bought a lang,so all I can say is make it reverse flow if possible! Best of luck and happy smoking!! Keep us updated on your progress
