Good Morning,

Just found this great website. Wish I would have found it sooner. I hail from the east end of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I have been smoking for a little over a year, so I am new at this. Smoke when I have a chance on the weekends. I use a Modified ZX-7200, at least that's what I call it. It is an big, old, resurrected charcoal grill, I have repaired and modified. Works okay.
I am really interested building a smokehouse/smoker. Something I could smoke a brisket in but also use to smoke fish, sausage and jerky. Looking for opinions and ideas. Many thanks for any input
