Baking Taters
4 Parts Salt
1 Part Fresh Crack Black Pepper
1 Part Garlic Powder
E V Olive Oil

Scrub, Dry, Fork Pierce Taters

In a "european soup bowl" or other shallow bowl:
Depending on how many taters you will do
Add Olive Oil
Spice to taste

Roll and Coat Each Potato.
Then either Bake at 375 for appx 1 hour (depends on size)

Or Smoke till desired doneness.

SKIN (Which I LOVE to eat) is Crisp and Spiced Nicely

Of course, Sour Cream and Fresh snipped Chives work well too and maybe even some crumbled Bacon :)

Simple, yet SOOOOOOO good.
Only way I make em now

Yup. That'll make great taters. Usually smoke mine about 6 hours (with 3-2-1 ribs). In a smoker it seems you can't overcook your taters.

Forgot one thing. Before lathering with salt/olive oil, I poke holes in the potato with a fork (kinda like you do for the microwave).

When you open it up, the inside is smoke yellow. YUM!
