Had to wait a while since it was on backorder but she came in today and I got her put together. Anyone have any tips for this smoker? 48" Weston

I am interested to see how well it works out for you. I have one of their stuffers and it has worked all right so far. I have heard bad things about some of their other products though. It sure looks nice.

Fancy smoker. I will be interested to hear how it does at low temps. My gas smoker with the needle valve modification allows my to get the smoker down to 120°, but it requires constant babysitting. Once I'm above 140° then it does okay but I still feel like I can't leave it alone for too long.

Looks good! I got the same one, and love it for sausages. No problem with low settings, you can go below the Ctoff (turning the knob closer to off) in order to get the low temps. It also works really good for cold smoking as the tall cabinet does a good chimney effect for the draft.
