Got my first smoke going

  1. I started at around 0445 this morning getting the masterbuilt going aroung 0615 got the meat on. Around 0630 the meat hit 135 and stalled out for a bit. Using applewood with the 10# pork loin for some pulled pork marinated in apple cider vinegar for a few days. )
  2. That is at around 0635 the wife still in bed and me sitting back drinking my morning mt dew.

    You must still be sleepy.

    The meat hit 135 in 15 minutes.

    Also if you have a pork loin you will want to take it to 145 IT & slice it.

    Loins are not good for pulling.

  4. I'm still kind of in the learning process of it all and still a bit out of it. I may just slice it up once it's done.
