I do a super simple one:

    1/2 C sour cream

1-2 Tbsp Mayo (adds a little salt and keeps it creamy)

    Juice from 1 lime

    Pepper to taste

Mix all that up and enjoy!

I use the same base (sour cream+mayo, but equal amounts). However I add more spices&herbs: parsley (cilantro if you are into it), chopped jalapeño, cumin, coriander, oregano, black pepper, dill. Lime obviously.
It's delicious ...but would like to try something different.

I use sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and canned chipotle.

We use ranch dressing plain and simple. Mix up a packet of dry mix and go for it.
