The wife gave me a choice...."Honey I saved some money for your birthday. I figured you can get that tattoo you have been wanting or buy that new smoker." Well......what would you have done? I figured that a lot more people would benefit from the smoker.
Was on the sticky about GOSM mods and have read some reviews on the gas models and it seems the only complaints have been too small of a wood box and not being able to keep low enough temperatures. I'm sure I can deal with both.
Anyways I got the smoker yesterday and put it together, and seasoned it. I have to work all day tomorrow(til 5:00) so planning a late night/early morning smoke for Sunday. will keep you posted.

you will love the gosm..lots of people here have them. easy to use and affordable...congrats--get the tat at a leater date though......
