So I discovered recently that 220-250 wasn't max temperature on my smoker. If it is cold outside (15 degrees F or lower) 200 is the max heat I can get outta my smoker. 220-250 is perfect but sometimes I want to cook when its cold outside, does any body have any suggestions on how to get a little more heat on those cold days? Do you think the regulator is bad? Any body else have this problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
