GOSM arrived 5/30

In fair to great condition only one dent in the door nothing major.

It took about 5 beers to put it together and the 6th while typing so I think I am getting the hang of this now.

Spent some quality time with my boy putting it together, he's 15 now and almost too cool to hang with the old man unless we are hog,deer or bird hunting.


Gonna spray it with pam and letter rip for a few hours. Tomorrow gonna try some pulled pork.

well, I had a couple of my sons baseball games to attend today so I could not get the smoke done.

My wife is now at the store collecting the ingredients for Dutch's wicked beans, Jeff's Pulled Pork sauce, and Jeff's Pulled Pork Spray.

I just finished setting up the both digital thermos. I can hardly wait to giver her a go. been drinking beer and waxing the truck to work off the nervous energy

Holly Moley, the wife just got back from the store, total cost 80 bucks. mother of pearl. Think I better hit the Cpt Morgan. dang. that didn't even include the meat I had already bought.
