My name is Darrin. I live just south of Des Moines, Ia. I have too many hobbies. Smoking meat is one of them. Also run a taxidermy shop in the winter, which is not so much a hobby any more. Always have lots of questions when smoking meat and finally got tired of reading posts on google.

Welcome to the group!  I've got too many hobbies too!  Smoking meat has become the main focus...sorry golf, motorcycles, reef aquarium.  At least I can still watch sports when I'm smoking!
