Hey gentlemen and lady's, good to see I learned how to post. I am excited to find some info on smoking... about myself, I do HVAC for a living. I am a volunteer firefighter and EMT, trying go paid. I have done some baby backs and briskets, in fact ones on my brothers offset now. Just purchased a vertical trail master smoker. Hopefully I met some new friends here
 
Welcome to the forums, fireman!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastime...grilling and smoking great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable people here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty!
