good morning people

  1. Hey gentlemen and lady's, good to see I learned how to post. I am excited to find some info on smoking... about myself, I do HVAC for a living. I am a volunteer firefighter and EMT, trying go paid. I have done some baby backs and briskets, in fact ones on my brothers offset now. Just purchased a vertical trail master smoker. Hopefully I met some new friends here
