Hello everyone,

Long time stalker of the forums, thought i would make it official.

My name is billy, 35 years young, Navy vet, who loves to cook anything i can get my hands on.

As a little boy i use to sit with my grandfather and help him smoke/cook all the time and it just stuck.

 Been smoking as much as i can the past 5-6 years, now it's almost every weekend if weather permits. 

I just ordered a mes 30 gen 1 last night, have been using an old charcoal grill prior.

Anyways just thought i would make it official and tell everyone hello and how much these forums have helped me.

Thanks very much for your service to our country. I guess lots of Navy folks retire to Omaha because they remember all of the fun they had when they were in port in Omaha. :yahoo:
