Hello everybody, my name is Russell and I finally signed up as a member.

This has been the most useful forum I've ever seen. More than that, helpful and nice seem to be the norm, and in today's "online" world, that not typically the case.

I've got a BGE and a wood fired oven, and I look forward to learning and sharing with like minded people.
