  2. Thank you very much, I have just had a look at the first part of the e-course.

     So do most of you buy your meat from the supermarket? I  buy most of mine from the farm shop, I find it far better quality and your not lining the pockets of industry but giving to the farmer. I suppose I am lucky to have the luxury of being able to do this.

     Do you buy aged beef or is it mainly freshly butchered? Here we like our beef to be matured for at least 28days for a greater taste.

  7. [​IMG] You are lucky having access to a farm. The folks on here get their meat at a variety of places. Supermarkets, farms, Sam's or Costco. Some even kill it themselves.
