Hey all. Real name is Bill. I was born and raised on the shore of NJ, but I currently live just outside of New Brunswick. I started smoking in August of 14 with a Masterbuilt 7 in 1, but I am currently looking into getting something bigger and a little more sturdy. Probably going to go with a Smoke Hollow 38"or 44".

Surf City here, was down last weekend prepping surfishing gear . We went up to IBSP for a look and grabbed some slices at Maruca's. Still alot of post Sandy work to be done and boardwalk fire rebuild. Welcome again, off to grill some porkroll.
