Hello community, long time forum reader and finally broke down and joined. Very new to smoking but have done St. Louis ribs once and some baby backs about three times now in a Bradley electric smoker with the auto feed briquets. Still have a lot to learn which I'm sure most of it will just need to be trial and error but the advice and suggestions from the forums have been tremendously helpful. About me, I live in Belleville, Michigan and love a good BBQ! Looked around at some reviews of smokers and decided on the Bradley electric since I'm new didn't want to go "hog" wild on the spending (sorry for the pun) till I really new what I was doing. Looking forward to posting some questions and hearing everyones replies.
