Giday from down under Sydney australia

Just got a smoker a week ago. The mrs brought it and i cursed her for buying it and food dehydrator and vacum seal machine.

Sadly seeing i make me own grog beer and spirits i now love the smoker and had to say sorry. We did a few chooks the first day and tried jerky.

Now seeing i know bugger all expect plenty of begging post asking for experianced advice.
