Gettysburg Smoker

Hi.  I just joined the forum.  I am living in Gettysburg, Pa where I moved to from Texas and Arkansas.  I learned to smoke in North Texas where I owned a BBQ Restaurant.  I had to sell my smokers when I moved to Gettysburg a year or so ago.  I am in the market for a new or used one now.  I currently satisfy my addiction to smokin with a little wallyworld offset rig.  I really need to get a good rig that can smoke more than one brisket at a time.  :)

Any way,  I am glad to be here and hope to learn a lot and contribute a little as I go.

Welcome aboard! Gettysburg's a great town. I go there once a year to pick up my hunting license before my hunting trip to SW PA. I could easily get it online, but it's a nice excuse to go to Gettysburg for the afternoon!

This is a great forum with a ton of valuable info. Not to mention a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Make sure to share your successes as well as your failures, we all learn form one another!

Thanks for the welcome.  I love this town.  I have not been involved in competition but I hear the one they have here in July is a lot of fun.  I probably wont be competing but I will definitely be there to see how it's done.  I look forward to getting involved in the forum.
