I would say just go for the bottled since it really is a lot of work to get a little bit of juice out of them.

Just keep in mind that it is very garlicky, not to the point where it is overwhelming but it is definitely a garlic lovers dish.

I am a garlic lover and that looks great! what were the qty's for the garlic juice mixture you made?
 
I squeezed around 15 cloves of garlic then did about 12-15 more in a food processor with a few tablespoons of water to really get it pureed then strained, added in about 2 tablespoons granulated garlic mixed it all up and topped off with enough applejuice to make one cup and injected all of it.
