Looks good! I'll have to try the garlic injection. Love that garlic!

You went all out on this one.... WOW.

I never would have had the guts to put that much garlic in the meat... BUT I wish I would have been there when you pulled it and tried some!!!

How did you PRESS your garlic. What kinda mincer you have??

Sounds great...I love garlic. I usually double or triple the garlic in every recipe I make. Definitely have to give this pp a try!

Great Q View! I enjoy seeing/reading about someone pushing the envelope with seasonings. It's all good my friend.

I've not tried injections yet but with all the successes I'm seeing, it's time for a visit to Cabelas, Bass Pro Shops, or Ace Mart for an injector.

I tried it two ways.
One was with a garlic press which worked pretty good but I also placed some in a little food processor.
Not a lot of juice came out until I started squeezing through the cheese cloth and even then I had to squeeze pretty hard to get the juices out.

I want to give this company a try, they sell garlic juice and roasted garlic juice.

Next time I try this I am going to smoked a few heads of garlic before squeezing them and inject it with some smoked/roasted garlic juice.

Thanks for the link captsly, they have a lot of great sounding items and the prices are pretty good, especially offering multipacks that you can choose what goes in them.
Gonne order some garlic juice, chipotle sauce, chipotle pepper jelly, spicy garlic mustard, the spicy garlic sauce and maybe some chocolate or cinnamon sugar with real vanilla.

for the link!

I have the cinnamon sugar...it is great. I am lucky enough to be able to but this stuff in my local supermarket (HEB). I don't even use regular hot sauce since I tasted the spicy garlic sauce.... Just good stuff!

THNX for the link Captsly, I just put my order in!!!!

Thnx for the reply 'Fire It Up', I can get a ton of garlic cloves from Restaurant Depot for unreal cheap... but if there isn't a faster way to process them it is just as cheap to get the bottled
(and shopping is much more fun!!!
