The briskets are in at 2:00 am, one Texas style and on with "Naked Rib Rub". :yahoo:
Those briskets look so happy there, are they a mated pair or did you just get lucky?
What kind of beans should I get? And do you have a recipe I can use?

You are making my mouth water. Of Course I have a bean recipe but I don't think I ever posted mine. Here is Dutch's which is very well thought of here abouts.
