My name is Brad I am from Ararat, VA. I started smoking on a brinkman electric smoker about 5 years ago. My wife has ordered me a new master built electric smoker for an early Christmas gift it should be here tomorrow. Looking forward to using new smoker! found this site searching the web for info about new smoker.

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.
