From the Cabin Billy Goat Hollow

  1. New member from Western Maryland....I'm a fishing guide, artist and I love the outdoors.  Just purchased a Traeger smoker/grill this past summer and recently a sausage stuffer, casings and spices.  I want to get real good at processing venison and hoping this forum will help me.  Appreciate this community and hope to give back as I learn myself.
