Football Championship Weekend Que

  1. Decided to smoke up a Boston Butt and make some pulled pork to eat while enjoying the Championship Football games. For a changeup, I made up my own Cajun Butter injection and topped with a little of my own dry rub. Let slow smoke from early morning throughout the day. Turned out real moist and delicious!! I'll let the pics speak for the rest of it.

    Let it get to a good color and then wrapped.

    Just after letting it rest...

    First pull and taste test. Really Great taste...

    Final product. Made great sandwiches!

    During the cook some of this spilled into my drink....
