Florida Greenhorn Smoker

Hey everyone. I'm Skip from east central Florida. Bought a Masterbuilt electric a few months back. I found out real quick not to say "electric smoker" out loud around smokers but it seems as if it's ok on this forum, so this must be my new home. Looking forward to the wealth of information from you vets. I'm doing pretty good with butts and chickens, gonna need help with ribs (my favorite). Be talking to you guys later. Thanks.

Welcome to the board, Skip! Use the Search function to look up your model of smoker, and see what people are doing with them.

I can't tell what proportion of the membership is using electric. There's probably a member poll buried somewhere. I'm a stick burner.
