Best part was the wings. Think I'll just do a batch of them next time.

Ok then that smoker is mighty clean. You do have some good looking birds there. You are making me jealous I want a vault too.

Okay!! Now that you've got a good Smoke Vault and the large capacity one at that, you can put in a couple of full size racks of ribs on rack one and maybe pork butt and or brisket on rack two and start replacing the shine on the racks with mojo. Have fun and post Q-views when you can.
