First Try Fatties (Chili)

  1. Getting Started with the ingredients.. Mixed up some Sage and regular sausage.. Added some canned chili, onion and cheese (didn't end up using the bell peppers).. With a lot of help from Wife, managed to get the weave completed.. Made it to the smoker... Finished at 170 deg... Not bad. Topped off with some cheese just before removing from the smoker.. Plated. Wife made some ABT's, which I will post in the ABT forum..
     
  2. That looks incredible! If you gave me that and a a sleeve of saltines, there's a good chance I would try to eat the whole thing. How difficult was it to keep the chili under control while wrapping? Did it try to ooze out the ends?
