Yup---I worked there for 20 years, until they closed my Shop in 1988.

There is no more Beth Steel in Bethlehem, in fact the Casino is built right in the middle of the Bethlehem Steel Museum area, which used to be the Main Steel Plant.

I done the same thing with my first TT when slicing it, as I didn't know the grain changes !

Glad you finally got one! Be careful there addicting!! I want to get a basket for my rotisserie and spin one with the fat cap still on.:drool

You did those tri tips justice excellent job!! I never seen tri tips here until I got hooked up with a food service supply company locally.
I buy them by the case now at $3.99 a pound.

I'm making 4 of them today. Two are marinating in my mojo marinade for fajitas and the other two will be reverse seared.
Grilling them on the open fire on my Santa Maria.
