First timer pork loin

    So I've grilled loins before but just got my first smoker. Trying 2 loins one Carolina based rub and one KC. Also trying chipotle lime potatoes peppers with andole and chorizo sausage soaked in some Leinenkugels. Hope it works

    Yeah , that should be great. How you gonna take it , to pull stage(195*F) and a bit dry , or to 165*F for a nice medium Loin.[​IMG]
