Attempted my first whole chicken smoke today. Had some ribs to smoke and figured now would be a good time to throw on a chicken. I did cut the chicken in half, olive oil and a dry rub mixture. I did the 3-2-1 on the ribs and threw the chicken on during the time the ribs were wrapped. Finished them both off on the grill. Turned out great!
