Hey everyone, just bought my first smoker on Thursday night, seasoned it on Friday and Saturday started smoking. I visited this site for first time yesterday and was hooked.

I had never heard of 3,2,1 BBQ method before yesterday, tried it this afternoon and I couldn't be happier with how my first attempt on my new smoker turned out. Had Dad over for his 68th birthday and the whole family was impressed with the ribs & wings the smoker produced. My first time out and I looked like a seasoned pro all thanks to the advice I read on this site.

Can't wait to read more, keep applying what everyone's experience teaches me and enjoying great BBQ.

Thanks

Ryan

Hello fellow Canadian. I have had the same experience with this forum. I bought my smoker last fall and struggled for a couple of months till I found this forum. Since then, I have found so much information in the posts and got so much help from the kind members. I hope you enjoy the forum as much as I have.
