Caught them at a steal at the local supermarket and had to try them on the electric smoker I got for fathers day. got the rubbed and wrapped yesterday and started them bout 11:30 today. Went about 225 degrees throughout the entire smoke they were on for about 5 hours than I pulled them off put a lil sauce on them and bit of brown sugar wrapped them in tin foil and through them back on for another hour.
Here is the que view of the first pouch of ribs.... I could pull the bones straight out.
