We were able to do our first smoke with the new Horizon today. We wanted to keep it simple, short and easy. So we chose to do a whole chicken along with some sausages.

Here's a couple of pics.

Just put on.

After a few hours, right about 4.

A couple of hours in we put on some brats.

Some tbs from today's cook.

So far so good with the new Horizon offset.

Nice looking smoke you got going !!!
I went to the Horizon website, their prices are not too bad. Which model did you get?

Nice looking meal, nice TBS and nice new unit you have there. Congratulations and many millions more good smokes to you my friend!

Thanks guys. I have a 20" classic with up grades. A couple of the upgrades I didn't order but Angie @ Horizon said They had made a RD special out of mine, no extra charge. Very happy with it so far.

Nice smoke on the new stick burner! That's my next piece of equipment for the back patio
