First Smoked Chicken!

    I just smoked my first chicken, and I could not believe how good it turned out. Thanks to all of the tips and information that I found on here, I think I just had the best chicken I have ever made. I have to admit, I had no clue what a spatchcock chicken was, But now, I will never make chicken any differently. The pics are not that great, but I assure you that this was delicious. I can not wait to try using other tips that I read about on here.

    I have never done one of these but i its on my list, just a couple more thing to smoke first,can't wait!!

    It is one of the more simple things that I have smoked, and is incredibly juicy. And using the spatch method reduces the cook time a lot. Good luck, you will enjoy!

    Try to cook it hot. 300-350 to get crispy skin.
