first smoke of the year. chicken halves

    Been grilling all winter, been itching to get the smoker fired up. Was gonna do ribs, but chicken was 1.89 a lb.

    It's my little guy. 100 gallon propane tank. The big one is a 300 gallon oil tank

    Got IT to 149, cranked the cooker wide open to crisp up a bit and brushed on a concoction of oil cider vinegar and PBR

    Good looking ckn,I cant ever get my skin crispy. Looks like you got the crispy touch though,good cook!
