First smoke....and a couple of sauce questions

  1. Hi All,

    I just got my first smoker and did my first smoke ever this past weekend.  Here's a couple of pics:

    Anyway, my whole reason for posting here is because I was wondering if anyone out there new what sauce the Cheesecake Factory uses on their beef ribs?  Type, recipe, brand....any info is great.  Additionally, if you'd like extra credit....if you know what sauce (same type of info) Bassets Memphis BBQ uses on their beef ribs I'd appreciate it. 

    Any other sauce suggestions for beef?

  3. No worries pineywoods....I just thought it might have gotten lost in the mix.  I was a little confused after some other posts showed up but this one still didn't.  Sorry for the multiple reposts...
