Here was Sundays meal. I woke up a little later then I wanted to thanks to a night of drinking and folk music. Did get to hear Steve Earl though and that was the reason I went. 7# shoulder rubbed with a basic Carolina BBQ and mustard. Sprayed with Captain Morgan and apple juice. http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/o...t=P9130528.jpg

Got it in at 0630. Out of the smoker at 1730 and into a cooler for a half hour. http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/o...t=P9150536.jpg

Took the lazy route and it was so quick it should be a crime. http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/o...t=P9150538.jpg

It was great. Wife loved it. Buddy still talking about it today. Can't wait to do some more. http://s370.photobucket.com/albums/o...t=P9150539.jpg

Thanks for the positive reviews. Wish I could, but I can't take credit for the kitchen aid idea. I read it, of all places, here on SMF. Couldn't find the old thread. Can't wait for the next one.
