Okay so up until this point I've never whole heartedly attempted ribs. So, Here is the plan.
Prep:
Trim off the flap and excess fat
Marinate:
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1tbsp of Sea Salt
1tsp of Liquid Smoke (Hickory) Just for the flavor
Season:
Using a Mustard BBQ sauce to slather the ribs with and will apply my rub.
Wait 1 Hour for to take the chill off the ribs

i removed the Mustard BBQ and used plain ole yellow. Erain reminded me about the sugar.

- 3 Hours 215-230 (Hickory and Real Oak Lump)
- Spritz every hour (apple juice)
- 2 Hours Wrapped in Foil
- Place on grill for 15-30Minutes
- 1 Hour Wrapped in Newspaper and in a cooler
