First PR

  1. I just got my Master Built 2 door smoker for Christmas.

    I think I have all the problems I was having ironed out. So I plan on doing a Prime Rib in the near future. I looked at Bear's post on this forum. I have a bag of mesquite chunks I want to use. the seasoning that Bear used look good to me.

    any other suggestions. for this newbie.
