Slowburner's first post.
Mainly hot smoking trout, but now attempting cold smoking (in the UK at the moment thats freezing cold smoking)!! Using a little chief to generate the smoke connected by a 3metre length to the fish chamber. So far i have successfully produced smoked fillets which would also double up as heavy duty rubber bands. I need help!!
