    Slowburner's first post.
    Mainly hot smoking trout, but now attempting cold smoking (in the UK at the moment thats freezing cold smoking)!! Using a little chief to generate the smoke connected by a 3metre length to the fish chamber. So far i have successfully produced smoked fillets which would also double up as heavy duty rubber bands. I need help!![​IMG]

    Heh! Welcome to SMF Slow... Cold smoked fish..or anything pretty much...ain't known for "tender". I don't do much cold but cheese, so I'm not gonna be much help.

    Regardless... glad to have ya aboard, and if there's help to be had..it'll be found here.

    With a handle like Slowburner, you should do just fine here at the SMF. We can always use some tips and recipes for trout, and Q Views too! Read around the different forums, you'll be confronted with a great knowkledge base, keep us posted.
