  1. I have been a member for awhile now. I have to say I got some amazing ideas from this site. It's just getting warm enough up here in Northern Minnesota to start the smoke up. I'm gonna get a batch of sausage in the next few weeks. Just wanna get some good recipes for some hot Italian sausage. I plan on smoking with some local white Oak in a masterbuilt electric. So please send some ideas my way.

Hello.  Welcome.  I see this is your first post.  Please take some time and swing over to Roll Call and introduce yourself so that we may give you a proper "Hello".  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  As for your question:  I would post these particular questions in the sausage forum.  Many folks there with tons of experience to offer help.  Keep Smokin!

    Welcome to the show.  This site has taught me plenty also.  Let me know if you find any good recipes for smoking sausage.  I'm thinking of trying it myself.  It's been one heck of a winter for us.[​IMG]
