Just put my first pork loin on the ECB I modified! Pretty excited!
That was yesterday! So how did it turn out?? Tell us about the smoke and don't forget the pics.
Sorry no pictures. It went very well. Temperature stayed right at 225 adding charcoal every half hour to forty five minutes. Will post some pictures of my smoker after work today to see what everyone thinks of my ECB.
